Interim employee survey results showed improvements in team leader effectiveness; continued to roll out preventive healthcare for employees; reduced injury and illness rates by 12% from 2012.

Community volunteering to create change

Extend volunteering opportunities to bring about positive change to communities and global health while providing individual development.

Increased the number of employees taking part in PULSE volunteer partnership programme to 99 (from 58 in 2010).
