Eligible Independent Medical Education Providers

We want to find and fund innovative, high quality initiatives that educate Healthcare Professionals and improve patient health.

We also want to ensure any education we support is entirely independent. i.e. remove any possibility of creating undue influence or advantage through the education. As part of this, Independent medical education providers that have a decision-making role in the regulation of medicines or prescribing policy are ineligible for support

We accept educational grant applications from the following types of organisation.

  • Healthcare service provider
  • Professional medical or scientific society or association
  • Patient group or medical education charity
  • Academic institution that trains healthcare professionals
  • Medical education company that is an accredited independent provider
