Training and development

All our apprentices work towards nationally recognised qualifications that have been developed by industry to ensure what you are learning is relevant and appropriate for your chosen career path. You may have the chance in some disciplines to study to foundation degree or degree level. We are also one of the companies involved in the Irish Government-led National Skills Strategy and Apprenticeship Council initiative to develop new apprenticeship standards across the science industry.
You will be assigned a manager and a mentor who will support you throughout your apprenticeship and ensure you gain the right experience and skills. This is supported by more formal training opportunities to develop skills such as team-working and project management.
